• Works closely with relevant departments (chefs, event coordinators, design teams) to discuss potential changes in design, pricing, packaging, and promotion based on research findings, ensuring a seamless, sensory-rich dining experience that enhances the event atmosphere.
• Coordinates with the advertising team to ensure marketing materials reflect the bespoke nature of the service.

Monitors advertising campaigns, tracking progress and liaising with clients for any necessary adjustments to meet their vision and expectations.
