About the Role
A leading provider of industrial solutions is looking for a Commercial Manager to oversee its commercial operations in Ireland and drive the company's local growth strategy. This senior leadership role is part of the management team and will play a pivotal role in setting and delivering the business's commercial direction.
The successful candidate will be responsible for customer project delivery, commercial planning, and stakeholder engagement, working closely with functions such as marketing, sales, operations, logistics, and procurement. Strong experience in managing complex supply agreements and ensuring profitability through sound commercial governance is essential.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 5-8 years' experience in a senior commercial or operations leadership role.
- Proven track record in managing commercial agreements and operations in a cross-functional setting.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and data-driven decisions.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on coaching and team development.
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
- Comfortable working under pressure and delivering within tight deadlines.
- Expertise in commercial analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning.
