Salary: €34,000 per year (€653.85/week, €16.77/hour)
Hours: 39 hours per week

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

About the Role:

J & AL Retail Limited, operating at Mace Wheaton Hall, is seeking an experienced and motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will support daily food preparation and ensure high standards are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to menu specifications

Maintain high food quality, hygiene, and safety standards
Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
Manage your own section efficiently
Ensure proper stock control and minimise waste

Contribute to new dish ideas and menu planning

Requirements: Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a Chef de Partie or similar role

Strong culinary skills with knowledge of food safety regulations
Ability to manage time and work independently
Good teamwork and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
