About the Healthcare Assistant Role:As a Healthcare Assistant you will be part of a dedicated team providing compassionate, person centred support to residents, helping them live as independently and meaningfully as possible.
This role requires flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Key Responsibilities Of A Healthcare Assistant:- Deliver personalised care and support based on individual needs.
- Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Encourage community participation and social inclusion.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the care team and families.
- Promote residents' health, wellbeing, and safety.
- Participate in ongoing training and development.
- Level 5 qualification in Health or Social Care.
- A minimum of one year's experience in a care setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well within a team and adapt to changing needs.
- Full manual driving licence is preferred.
