Job Title: Occupational Therapist

*5 years post qualification clinical experience required in Mental Health*

Salary: 74,000e - 89,000e, Depending on experience

As the role requires cover of two locations, based in Clondalkin and North Circular Road, a car and full clean drivers license is essential.

Desirable requirements:

• depth and breadth of experience of delivering concurrent, multiple projects; in providing a service to marginalised communities; working in a High Support / Dependency Unit in an acute setting (forensic or otherwise) or in secure settings (prison or hospital);
• experience of using evidence to support practice
• experience of carrying out audits and collecting outcomes to support service, design, development and delivery.
• an ability to develop competence in the diverse range of areas for which the office has responsibility;
• the capacity to undertake high volumes of work to strict deadlines, while working on a variety of different projects simultaneously, through prioritising tasks

Essential Requirements:

• Recognised degree in Occupational Therapy
• 5+ years of post qualification clinical experience in Mental Health
• Full clean drivers license (Category B) and access to own car
• Sound commercial judgement and good decision making, together with strong negotiation skills
• Excellent organisational and time management skills including excellent I.T. skills
• Working rights in Ireland
