Accountant Manager

Morgan McKinley is partnering with a well-established accounting practice in Cork to recruit a Qualified Accountant to join their dynamic Finance team. The role offers excellent exposure to a variety clients and the opportunity to lead a team of accounting professionals.

• Assist with the management of a portfolio of clients to include sole trades, owner managed business, family businesses and farmers.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of accounting, tax, and compliance services.
• Lead, support, and develop a team of accounting professionals.
• Review financial statements, management accounts, and tax filings.
• Maintain strong client relationships and deliver a high standard of service.
• Implement best practice processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Contribute to business development and cross-selling of firm services.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

• Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CPA) with at least 3 years' post-qualification experience.
• Experience in a medium sized accountancy practice desirable.
• Strong technical and people management skills.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail.
• Proactive, client-oriented, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
