Our client, a leading food production company in Tipperary, is seeking motivated Health & Safety Personnel to join their growing team. This is a hands-on role supporting site safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Candidates must be within a commutable distance from South Tipperary.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct daily site inspections to ensure operational compliance
- Assist with accident investigations and follow-ups
- Organise and maintain staff training records, keeping the training matrix up to date
- Prepare Health & Safety policies, SOPs, and reports
- Lead Toolbox Talks and support the Site Emergency Plan
- Identify risks, suggest improvements, and contribute to safety initiatives
- Attend meetings and take minutes for safety and operational updates
- Graduate with B2 English and the right to work in Ireland
- Friendly, approachable, and a true people person able to build strong relationships
- Positive "can-do" attitude, highly motivated, and eager to learn
- Detail-oriented, resilient, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and IT competence, with ability to maintain confidentiality
