Duties

Preparation and presentation of cooked mealsMaintain the kitchen area and all utilities
To ensure refrigerators & kitchen presses are cleaned regularly
To abide by all HACCP regulations
To ensure canteen area is cleaned and tidied after breaks
Work on own initiative and as part of a team
Attend training when required
Any other duties assigned by manager
