The successful candidates picked for this position will be responsible for supporting the restoration and maintenance of the landscaped and rehabilitated areas within the site, including soil preparation, planting trees, shrubs, and grass, and establishing habitats that support biodiversity and environmental goals overall.Role duties will also include using basic horticultural tools and equipment, maintaining tidy work areas, and collaborating with the site teams to support overall quarry operations and land restoration objectives.
Essential qualifications for the role:
- A minimum 2 years Horticultural Worker experience.
- Knowledge of horticulture and/or plant care.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions/climates.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
