Project Manager - Pharma & Biotech Utilities (Meath)
A well-established and fast-growing engineering organisation at the forefront of the Pharma and Biotech utilities sector is seeking a motivated Project Manager to join its expanding Projects team in Meath.
The business delivers high-quality, technically complex clean utility solutions to leading pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients and is recognised for its engineering excellence, innovation, and long-term client partnerships.
As part of the Engineering & Contracts team, you will take ownership of projects from handover through to commissioning, acting as a key technical and commercial interface while ensuring safe, on-time delivery to the highest standards.

- Manage projects end-to-end, from sales handover through design, procurement, installation, and commissioning
- Take commercial ownership of projects, managing scope changes and client requirements
- Review client URS documentation and specifications to develop project scopes, P&IDs, and technical documentation
- Design and specify clean utility equipment and systems in line with regulatory and client standards
- Develop detailed process descriptions, including updates to P&IDs and process flow diagrams
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to size equipment and develop functional specifications and control philosophies
- Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and safety reviews
- Work closely with automation teams and support FAT and SAT activities
- B.Eng in Chemical, Process, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline
- Experience working with clean utility systems within a pharmaceutical or biotech environment
- 2-7 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
