At Osborne we are currently recruiting for an Assistant Fitter/Operator to join a leading retail organisation based in Sandyford, Dublin. The role of Assistant Fitter/Operator is a hands-on role supporting the Fitter in the installation of high-quality, high-end outdoor fittings for both residential and commercial customers.This is an exciting opportunity to gain valuable skills and grow within a supportive team. Key Responsibilities:
Assist the lead fitter with the installation of high-end outdoor fittings and related products on-siteLoad and unload tools, materials, and equipment safely
Prepare installation areas and ensure all work is completed to a high standard
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow instructions and health & safety procedures at all times
Provide excellent customer service when representing the company on-site
Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in a hands-on or construction-related role is an advantage (but not essential)Comfortable using basic tools and working at heights
A strong work ethic, punctuality, and a willingness to learn
Full clean driving licence desirable (not essential)
Must be physically fit and capable of manual handling
