Define Barber Limited, a vibrant and growing barbershop catering that include Brazilian communities in Dublin, is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify trends in the grooming and barbershop industry, customer preferences, and competitor activities, with a particular focus on the Brazilian community in Ireland.Assist in the development of marketing campaigns, including defining target audiences), pricing strategies, and culturally relevant promotional plans.
Monitor the performance of advertising campaigns and suggest improvements based on client feedback and cultural insights.
Support the coordination of promotional events and client visits to enhance community engagement.
RequirementsMinimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing, market research, or a similar role.
Knowledge of market research methodologies and data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SPSS, or similar).
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Portuguese is a strong advantage to engage with Brazilian clients.
Ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to a multicultural environment.
