Overview:
Provide full organizational and administrative support to FOBO Europe GM
Responsibilities:
- Organizes daily agenda, schedules and maintains calendar of appointments and travel itineraries
- Organizes business activities / events / meetings for FOBO GM and Europe FOBO Leadership Team
- Supports FOBO Europe GM with regular meeting preparation and follow up: reviewing upcoming meetings for the week to ensure GM has all of the information needed, sending out agendas or documents to meeting attendees, and taking follow-up notes on key decision and actions as necessary.
- Supports Capability and Governance regular processes / activities.
- Partners with FOBO Leads: Finance, Strategy, HR, Business Development and Governance on regular preparation of meetings and presentations.
- Communicates between departments and stakeholders preparing the agenda for various meetings
- Supports organization of corporate and functional events and meetings both on-site and off-site
- Manages procurement procedures for the executive for a range of services and goods
- Prepares special reports and presentations and gathers routine periodic data
- Maintains small databases of addresses, contacts, etc.
- Helps develop processes, protocols, and cadences to support optimal collaboration, alignment, knowledge sharing, and decision-making amongst FOBO Europe team.
- Arranging flight reservations, transfer, and accommodation and for PepsiCo’s guests if required
- Prepare expense reports and ensure proper documentation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role in international environment
- Excellent command of English
- Excellent writing and powerpoint skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with various stakeholders internally and externally
- Determined, persistent, responsible, highly ethical and well-organized skills
- Successful in establishing and maintaining excellent relations with internal and external partners
- Exceptional in taking initiatives and problem solving
- Strong program/project management skills
- Able to prepare high quality presentations
- Experience working in SAP is an advantage
- University graduate
