Campaign Media Planner New

Salary: €45-€55K DOE

CPL is partnering with a well-established retail organisation based in Swords to recruit a Campaign Media Planner. This is a great opportunity for a media professional, ideally with agency experience, to join a fast-paced in-house marketing team and lead the planning and delivery of integrated media campaigns across Ireland and the UK.

You will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel media plans that drive brand awareness, increase footfall, and support commercial growth across a broad retail portfolio.

• Plan and deliver integrated media campaigns across TV, Radio, Press, OOH, Catalogue, and Digital
• Manage and optimise media spend across 80+ campaigns annually
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align media strategy with business objectives
• Build and present campaign proposals for approval
• Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance and ROI
• Evaluate media partner delivery and identify opportunities for improvement
• Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and to performance targets
• Stay informed on media trends and the Irish media landscape

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in media planning or account management within the advertising industry (agency experience preferred)
• Proven experience delivering multi-channel media campaigns
• Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Strong understanding of the Irish media market
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and media planning tools
• Retail marketing experience advantageous
