Duties would include:The museum assistant/receptionist role in the museum would be responsible for all customer service and front office administration tasks in the Shackleton Experience.
The role involves being the first point of contact for visitors, this role will provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming and informative experience for all visitors. This role requires strong communication skills, a helpful attitude, and the ability to manage a range of administrative tasks effectively.
Duties will include but not inclusive to:
Customer service including greet visitors, providing information, respond to queries, Administrative duties including managing bookings, maintain accurate records, handling of cash, Assist in promoting events, offers, or activities through effective communication with visitors.
