Cork - Regional Sales Representative New
Our client is a market-leading supplier and distributor of home textiles to the Irish retail market. With a proud history dating back to 1987 and headquartered in Dublin, they bring over 38 years of experience to the industry. Their extensive client base includes independent homeware and hardware stores, department stores, garden centers, and DIY & home improvement retailers across Ireland.
To support continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Representative to join their team, managing the Munster territory.
The Role
This is a field-based role, and the successful candidate can be based anywhere in the Munster region. You’ll be responsible for proactively managing and growing business with existing B2B customers across the homeware, hardware, and DIY retail sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow business across a defined Munster territory.
- Visit and support a portfolio of independent B2B retail customers.
- Provide top-tier customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
- Accurately manage sales processes and update CRM systems.
- Handle administrative tasks and journey planning efficiently.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales or account management.
- Demonstrated success in direct B2B sales, with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong general IT abilities.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and a creative problem-solver.
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
- Team player with a positive, flexible attitude.
- Holds a full, clean driving license.
- Detail-oriented and highly organised
