As the Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a central role in ensuring every customer receives exceptional support throughout the service process. From managing bookings and coordinating workshop schedules to communicating service updates and following up post-visit, you'll ensure customers are informed, supported, and satisfied at every stage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for customers at the depot
• Plan and manage service appointments
• Communicate and confirm visit details with customers in advance
• Ensure availability of required resources
• Manage appointments and communicate effectively
• Proactively upsell relevant products and services
• Welcome customers onsite in a professional and friendly manner
• Clarify repair types
• Convert service requests into repair orders
• Obtain formal customer authorisation for quoted work
• Liaise between workshop and customer for updates
• Follow up post-service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Support with vehicle loan bookings and invoice processing
• Promote the benefits of using online service platforms
