Mechanical Maintenance Technician (Mechanical / HVAC) | Dublin | €57K
We’re partnering with a leading Facilities Management provider to recruit a Building Services Technician for a high-profile, large-scale venue in Dublin. This is not your typical maintenance role—this site is dynamic, event-driven, and highly visible, offering real variety in your day-to-day work.
What You’ll Be Doing- Maintaining and troubleshooting mechanical & HVAC systems
- Supporting major event days and site operations
- Working closely with an on-site FM team and contractors
- Delivering high-quality, client-facing service
- Contributing to ongoing improvements and site performance
- 5+ years’ mechanical/HVAC/Plumbing/Fabric Maintenance experience
- Trade qualification (Mechanical / HVAC / Fitter/plumber)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- A proactive, team-focused attitude
- Experience in fast-paced or client-facing environments
- €57,000 salary
- Pension + statutory benefits
- 21 days annual leave

- Structured hours with early Friday finish
- Paid event day & on-call rota (time in lieu + additional pay)
