PACKAGING SUPERVISOR

• Schedule packaging lines and liaise with QA to ensure LPRs are issued in a timely manner
• Organize packaging operators daily to optimize workflow
• Monitor operations to prevent delays and take corrective action when needed
• Ensure the highest quality of packaged products
• Liaise with all other departments to ensure efficient and effective operations
• Prepare and amend SOPs; prepare LPRs for new products and update as required
• Ensure weekly, monthly, and yearly packaging targets are met in strict adherence with GMP requirements and issue reports as needed
• Collaborate with QA on change controls, internal audits, and CAPA; raise and close all packaging deviations and incident reports
• Supervise direct reports, provide training, set objectives, and conduct performance assessments
• Ensure all EHS requirements are fully implemented

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Science, or related discipline
• At least 5 years supervisory experience within a cGMP packaging environment
• Knowledge of packaging processes in pharmaceutical/medical device environments
• Experience in automated systems and working in a cGMP environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven people management skills
• Ability to read and interpret complex technical/business documents
• Ability to write detailed reports and business correspondence
• Comfortable presenting to groups and collaborating with multiple departments
