MMD Construction are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing all on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations on construction sites from initiation through to completion.Lead and coordinate site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet project goals.
Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure project milestones are achieved.
Interpret and work from design drawings and specifications.
Oversee material procurement and delivery scheduling.
Implement quality control procedures and maintain accurate project documentation.
Collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, and the wider project team.
Liaise with utility providers and local authorities (e.g., Irish Water) as needed.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Site Management role.Strong knowledge of groundworks, services installation, and construction sequencing.
Proven ability to manage teams, coordinate trades, and maintain site organisation.
Experience working to Irish Government standards and liaising with others working on site.
Demonstrated ability to enforce safety standards and quality assurance.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Strong understanding of construction materials, techniques, and project documentation.
