We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes in a timely and efficient manner. The Chef de Partie will also be responsible for supervising and training junior kitchen staff and maintaining a clean and
organised kitchen.
Responsibilities:Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and standards Ensure the quality and consistency of all dishes. Supervise and train junior kitchen staff. Manage and maintain inventory levels of food and kitchen supplies. Ensure all food and kitchen areas are kept clean and organised.
Comply with all health and safety regulations. Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Chef or Sous Chef.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
Excellent cooking skills and knowledge of culinary techniques.Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure. Attention to detail and strong organizationalskills.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Creativity and the ability to develop innovative dishes.
