They’re now seeking a Finance Manager to lead their day-to-day financial operations and support strategic planning within a close-knit, office-based team.
Location: Dublin
With an early start and early finish (Monday–Thursday: 8am–4:30pm, Friday: 8am–4pm), this role offers a great work-life balance – especially for someone who enjoys working on-site in a collaborative environment.
About the Role
You'll be responsible for managing all aspects of day-to-day finance, reporting, compliance, and supporting external accountants and auditors.- Oversee ledger management and supplier/subcontractor accounts
- Prepare monthly accounts: accruals, prepayments, reconciliations, intercompany charges
- Manage VAT, PAYE, and RCT returns
- Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and Revenue
- Support project costing, budgeting, and forecasting (incl. cash flow management)
- Assist with year-end processes: P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements
- Ensure accuracy of records and resolve discrepancies
- Collaborate with site and office teams across departments
- Qualified Accounting Technician or part-/fully qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA, or equivalent experience
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar finance role in Ireland
- Strong working knowledge of Sage 50 (essential)
- Experience with BrightPay is a plus
- Comfortable with Irish Revenue systems and compliance
- Strong Excel and IT skills
- Highly organised, detail-focused, and self-motivated
- Salary: €52,000–€58,000, depending on experience
- Office-based role with great central Dublin location
- Regular hours: Mon–Thurs 8am–4:30pm, Fri 8am–4pm
