Job Description
Duties
This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career.
Front of house/Receptionist in St. Michael's Parish Office.
Duties Include:- Dealing with the public with regards to all Parish inquiries including registering births, deaths and marriages.
- To sort and filter all emails and telephone calls.
- Responsible for sales and stock maintenance of the Parish Shop.
- Any other associated administrative duties required by the Parish Secretary and Parish Priests
- Good computers skills including EXCEL is required.
- Excellent training will be given.
