Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative

THE ROLE:

• Handling customer queries across all areas of personal lines
• Managing renewals, MTAs and after-sales enquiries
• Building strong rapport and retaining existing customers
• Working towards renewal retention targets
• Keeping customer and policy data accurate on Relay systems
• Delivering a consistently high standard of customer service
• Managing admin tasks with strong attention to detail

REQUIRED:

• Min APA qualification
• Previous insurance customer service experience
• Strong organisation and time management skills
• Confident communicator with a positive, customer-first mindset
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Relay knowledge a bonus, but not essential
• Someone who can work well independently and as part of a team
