Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative

THE ROLE:
- Handling customer queries across all areas of personal lines
- Managing renewals, MTAs and after-sales enquiries
- Building strong rapport and retaining existing customers
- Working towards renewal retention targets
- Keeping customer and policy data accurate on Relay systems
- Delivering a consistently high standard of customer service
- Managing admin tasks with strong attention to detail
REQUIRED:
- Min APA qualification
- Previous insurance customer service experience
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Confident communicator with a positive, customer-first mindset
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Relay knowledge a bonus, but not essential
- Someone who can work well independently and as part of a team
