Rockhill House & Wellness Spa is an impressive and enchanting historic Manor House set 100 acres of woodland overlooking Letterkenny and Donegal Country House of the Year 2025. We are looking for a self-motivated hardworking Chef De Partie to join the Rockhill team who are focused on offering an excellent food experience for our customers across all food outlets.

At Rockhill, we have a passion for food; our kitchen team reflects this. You will be part of a friendly and hardworking team continuously striving for new challenges and developing your skills as you take this next step in your career

The successful applicant will:

Have previous solid experience working in a similar role in a 4/5* hotel or restaurant kitchen.

Prepare food orders in a timely manner insuring menu specifications and proper plate presentation.

Have a keen eye and attention to detail including portion, cost and waste control and consistency of product delivery and presentation.

Be organized and have the ability to work on their own

Be committed to Food Safety (Haccp), Health & Safety & company requirements

Ensure a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness

Have excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with Hotel and Restaurant management

Have a mature and pleasant manner in dealing with colleagues.
Be a team player.
