Temp to PermanentPay rate €15.50/hr.
Osborne is partnering with our client, a leading manufacturer of office furniture, to recruit a highly motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join their team at their premises in Tallaght, Co. Dublin.Reporting to the Logistics Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient workflows, safe loading and unloading of goods, and adherence to all safety and quality standards.
This is a hands-on role and candidates must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar warehouse supervisory position.
Key Responsibilities- Take a hands-on supervisory role, actively involved in picking, packing, and general warehouse duties
- Plan and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
- Ensure the efficient use of warehouse space and resources
- Oversee and assist with the loading and unloading of goods
- Monitor product quality and condition, identifying and addressing any issues promptly
- Maintain a safe, organised, and compliant warehouse environment
- Proven experience in warehouse operations and supervision
- Strong operational management skills
- Excellent customer service approach
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
- A reliable, punctual, and proactive work ethic
- A valid forklift licence (essential)
