My client is a large, well-established wealth management firm based in South Dublin. They are currently seeking a Client Service Executive to join their team and support the continued growth of the business. This role presents an excellent opportunity to join a highly successful and dynamic organisation.
Key Responsibilities- End-to-end administration of client portfolios
- Annual portfolio reviews and valuations
- Processing new business across pensions (pre & post retirement), investments, and protection products
- Liaising with insurance providers to ensure timely application processing
- Communicating effectively with clients regarding portfolios and applications
- Supporting advisers with regulatory and compliance requirements, including AML
- BA (Hons) in Business, Finance, or a related discipline
- 2-3 years' experience in a similar role within a Financial Advisory firm or Life & Pensions Broker
- QFA qualified or actively working towards qualification
- Working knowledge of AML and compliance requirements
- Strong attention to detail and numeracy skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage and prioritise workload independently
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Proactive, organised, flexible, and a strong team player
