- Client Support & Insurance Admin – Personal Lines
This one’s for someone super organised and detail-oriented who loves being the go-to person behind the scenes. You’ll be supporting the Personal Lines team with everything from keeping client records updated to helping process policies and handling queries.
Perfect if you’ve got strong admin skills, a great phone manner, and want to get your foot in the door with a top-tier insurance company.
What you’ll be doing:
- Helping process insurance policies, renewals & updates
- Keeping client records accurate and up to date
- Supporting the team with admin, quotes, reports & follow-ups
- Liaising with clients and insurers
- Helping out with basic claims support
What you’ll need:
- Office admin experience (insurance background a bonus!)
- Good IT skills – especially MS Office
- Eye for detail and great time management
- Friendly, professional, and a strong team player
- New Business Sales Executive – Personal Lines
If you love chatting to people, hitting targets, and closing deals, this one’s for you! You’ll be handling warm leads (web, phone, etc.), chatting with clients about their insurance needs, and helping them choose the best cover.
There’s loads of potential here – great training, a supportive team, and bonus opportunities being worked on right now.
What you’ll be doing:
- Taking inbound and outbound enquiries
- Creating personalised quotes and explaining cover clearly
- Following up and closing new business
- Building client relationships from day one
- Spotting upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Working with underwriters and the wider team
What you’ll need:
- APA or CIP qualification
- Personal Lines experience (new business or renewals)
- Sales drive with a customer-first approach
