• Uncapped commission – top performers regularly earn €12,000+ on top of their base salary.
• Fast-track career progression – promotion to Team Leader within 6 months based on performance.
• Lead from the front – be a top performer in the field while gradually supporting new starters.
• Daily meal allowance – €7 per day to keep you going.

• Representing a well-known charity through door-to-door fundraising, inspiring long-term monthly support.
• Focusing on hitting and exceeding your own KPIs – with strong earning potential through uncapped commission.
• Providing occasional support (approx. 20% of your time) to new starters in the field, helping with on-the-job learning, confidence-building, and encouragement.

Requirements

Previous experience in face-to-face fundraising/sales (door-to-door, street fundraising, or events).

A full, clean driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle.

Ideally based in a city centre for easy team collection and drop-off.

Strong leadership and motivational skills with a results-driven mindset.

A passion for making a difference and engaging with the public.

On-Target Earnings (OTE): €43,750+ per year, with no limit on overachievement
