Pharmacy Technician - Tuam, Co. Galway (Full-Time)
The position is Monday to Friday, 9.30 to 6 pm, with one-hour lunch breaks and tea breaks morning and afternoon.
This is an exciting position for a Pharmacy Technician for a busy pharmacy in Tuam, Co. Galway. Minimum of 1 Year Qualified – either IPU or Dispenser Course. Experience in High Volume Dispensing and experience with all the schemes, blister packing and end-of-month claims.
The Ideal Candidate Must Have:
- 1 Year of experience as a Pharmacy Technician
- Candidates should also hold a Pharmacy Technician Qualification
- Experience with McLernons MPS is an advantage
Responsibilities :
- To prepare and dispense medicinal products under the supervision of the Pharmacist in a caring and professional manner.
- Controlling stock levels and ordering medicines as determined by store requirements.
- Processing and tracking claims
- Reporting to and supporting the Pharmacist in a busy dispensary.
- Front of Shops duties including sales, customer service and merchandising
- Previous Experience in a busy dispensary is essential for the role.
