To manage construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

• Develop and update detailed construction programmes and progress reports.
• Manage project teams, subcontractors, and site staff to ensure smooth coordination and efficient workflow.
• Oversee project costs, procurement, and resource allocation to maintain budget control.
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive quality assurance processes, monitor progress, and resolve issues promptly to achieve project objectives.

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing complex commercial construction projects, including new builds and fit-outs.
• Strong technical and commercial acumen, capable of proposing cost-effective and innovative solutions.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to plan, mentor, and motivate project teams.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent numeracy, communication, and report writing abilities.
