Experienced Bar Manager New

Our client is currently recruiting for a Bar Manager to lead a strong team in a fantastic location in South Dublin. This is a great opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional to take the reins of a well-established bar, ensuring excellent customer service, smooth operations, and a motivated team.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring efficiency and exceptional customer service

Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff to maintain high standards

Manage stock levels, ordering, and supplier relationships

Handle rostering, time management, and staff performance

Ensure compliance with licensing, health & safety, and hygiene regulations

Drive sales and implement strategies to increase footfall and revenue

Monitor cash handling, budgets, and reporting

Plan and execute events, promotions, and seasonal activities

Requirements:

5 years of experience in a bar management role

Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills

In-depth knowledge of beverages, including wine, cocktails, and craft beers

Proven track record of driving sales and improving customer satisfaction

Ability to manage high-pressure environments with a hands-on approach

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Valid work authorization in Ireland
