Overview:

This role will be responsible for managing technology & regulatory initiatives, working in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholder groups. This role will work with global security, product, and engineering teams to document, develop and execute projects on the regulated entity roadmaps.

Responsibilities:

• Work with cross-functional teams comprising of business operations, product management, engineering, vendors, and support teams to map business processes & develop documentation in line with the IT strategy and roadmap.
• Work with the wider team on projects that are many and varied, through to completion consistently following policies and procedures in a regulated environment.
• Develop strong working relationships in the business and technology teams over time. Take ownership of project tasks and work with global teams to document and ensure the gaps are remediated and evidenced.
• Conduct gap analysis against requirements and work with global teams to obtain information and gather evidence to ensure gaps are filled in an organised structured manner.
• Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, work with stakeholders to reconcile conflicting information, identify/evaluate potential risks, and translate high-level information into useful/actionable written documentation.
• Ability to communicate (written and verbal) at all levels (business and technology leadership, project teams, peers, vendors).
• Interest and aptitude to ramp up quickly on new technologies and processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or related experience.
• Strong technical background desired.
• Ability to draft high quality documentation using existing knowledge specialists from cross functional teams.
• Experience in a regulated environment/formal frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, 9001, 27003 etc.)
• Good understanding of or experience working in the payments industry and ecommerce domain is a plus.
• Self-motivated, creative with a high-level of energy, excellent interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast changing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on ownership & task completion is critical.
• Self-motivated, a positive can-do attitude & willingness to learn, forward thinking, assertive, and able to focus on finding and developing unique opportunities to create value by enabling and engaging in creative dialogue with various key stakeholders.
