German-Speaking Account Executive
Our client, a rapidly expanding and innovative SaaS company, is seeking a German-speaking Account Executive to join their high-performing sales team based in Dublin.
About the Role
As an Account Executive, you will own the entire sales cycle, from qualification and demo to driving the buying process and closing. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment while managing multiple stakeholders and opportunities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities- Sales Ownership: Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close, with a high level of autonomy.
- Pipeline Management: Develop and execute a strategy for consistent pipeline generation and long-term territory success.
- Client Expansion: Build and grow relationships with C-level stakeholders across ecommerce, retail, and consumer brands.
- Collaboration: Support peers, share best practices, and contribute to a culture of accountability and growth.
- Leadership Potential: Provide guidance to newer AEs and expand your scope by contributing to strategic initiatives.
- Languages: Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
- Experience: 2+ years of experience carrying net-new revenue quota with a proven track record in SaaS sales.
- Domain Expertise: Experience selling into ecommerce, retail, or D2C brands and working with marketing or C-suite personas.
- Sales Excellence: Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles, forecast accurately, and close at a high rate.
- Growth Mindset: Embrace feedback and learning, demonstrate resilience, and seek continuous improvement.
- Team Player: Energetic, supportive, and engaged in contributing to a positive team culture.
- Work Authorisation: Fully authorised to work in Ireland without restrictions.
