Part Qualified Accountant – Galway – Onsite – 3 days Per week

My client, a Co. Galway based Accountancy Practice organisation seeks to hire a new Part qualified accountant to work on a part time 3 days per week basis.

This role is fully onsite.

• Processing of books and records
• Preparation of Vat Returns and RCT tax returns
• Payroll Administration – preparation of monthly/weekly payroll
• Generating invoices and account statements
• Accounts receivable, invoice and payment processing.
• Accounts payable, invoice processing and payment runs.
• P&L and Balance Sheet re-conciliations.
• Assist in Budgeting and Cashflow Management.

• Bookkeeping /Accounts experience – Desired
• Accounting Technician Qualification (Part/Full) – Advantages
• Organised, efficient person with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communicator
• Proficient working knowledge of all relevant accounting packages, such as QBO, SAGE, Xero, Dext an advantage.
