Administrator - Immediate start, Dublin 24

We are seeking a proactive and organised Administrator to provide high-quality administrative and operational support within a busy office environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of administrative functions, supporting colleagues and management with accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support including data entry, document preparation, filing, and correspondence management.
  • Maintain accurate records and update internal databases and systems as required.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes where necessary.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely communication and follow-up on queries.
  • Support procurement, invoicing, and other finance-related administrative processes.
  • Manage office supplies, mail, and general administrative logistics.
  • Ensure all work is completed in line with company policies, data protection, and confidentiality requirements.

Experience required:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role, ideally within a busy office or corporate environment.
  • Strong IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisational, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a proactive and professional approach.

Qualifications:

  • Leaving Certificate or equivalent essential; additional business or administrative qualifications advantageous.
