Are you a high-performing SaaS seller who thrives on complex enterprise deals, strategic conversations, and owning the full sales cycle?

Our client is a well-established European HR Technology organisation with global reach, delivering cloud-based payroll, workforce management, and HR solutions across multiple markets. Their technology supports the entire employee lifecycle — from payroll and time tracking to talent and performance management.

They are now hiring a Business Development Manager to drive new logo acquisition across Mid-Market and Large Enterprise accounts.
  • The Opportunity

This is a true hunter role focused on:

  • Winning new SaaS business across payroll and HR technology solutions
  • Selling multi-product, recurring revenue platforms
  • Managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
  • Driving strategic conversations with HR, Finance, and C-suite leaders
You will be selling business-critical SaaS solutions with strong product-market fit in a growing HR Tech space.
  • What You’ll Own
  • End-to-end new business sales (prospecting → discovery → demo → negotiation → close)
  • Building and maintaining a high-quality pipeline in Salesforce
  • Running structured discovery and value-based conversations
  • Positioning consultative, ROI-driven SaaS solutions
  • Leading commercial negotiations and contract processes
  • Ensuring forecast accuracy and disciplined pipeline governance
  • Collaborating with implementation and service teams for seamless onboarding
This is strategic, consultative selling — not transactional volume sales.
  • What We’re Looking For
  • 1+ years of proven SaaS new business sales experience
  • Strong track record of consistent quota achievement
  • Experience selling into Mid-Market or Enterprise environments
  • Skilled in multi-stakeholder, complex deal cycles
  • Strong CRM discipline (Salesforce preferred)
  • Excellent negotiation and commercial acumen
  • Competitive, self-driven, and performance-focused
Experience in HR Tech, Payroll, HCM, Workforce Management or adjacent SaaS sectors is advantageous — but high-performing SaaS hunters from other industries are encouraged to apply.
