Annual Salary: 32,000k
Weekly Hours: 39 hours a week
Purpose: Care for the elderly and people with disabilities in Cork City and County.

Duties & Tasks: Promote and encourage independence for all clients.
Activities of daily living.Assisting with personal care, including showering, dressing, toileting and personal hygiene.
Catheter and Stoma Care support.
Supporting feeding and meal preparation.
Prompting medication.
Light housework appropriate to the care plan, including commode hygiene and laundry.
Companionship and trips out, including hospital appointments and shopping.
Alzheimer's and Dementia care activities for clients.
Step-down care.
End-of-life care.
Primary Care Team support.
Requirements: QQI Level 5 or equivalent nursing certificate
Full Irish Driving LicenceApplicants must have a good command of the English language.
