Part-time apartment viewing assistant
We are looking for a reliable person to help conduct apartment viewings for our own managed apartments.
This is a flexible part-time role based on need, ideal for students, part-time workers, freelancers, or anyone looking to earn extra income on the side.
Responsibilities:
Conduct apartment viewings
Open/show apartments to potential tenants
Basic tidying or light cleaning between viewings if needed
Schedule:
Around 3-4 times per month
Usually 6-8 hours on working days- 2 working day(s) per apartment
Flexible depending on demand
Requirements:
Reliable and punctual
Good communication skills
Professional appearance and attitude
Previous experience working with people or in customer service is a plus
Pay:
€17–€20/hour depending on experience and reliability
