About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our team, providing accounting and advisory services to a diverse client base. This is a leadership role with opportunities for career growth and autonomy within a collaborative, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of accounting, tax, and compliance services.
- Lead, support, and develop a team of accounting professionals.
- Review financial statements, management accounts, and tax filings.
- Maintain strong client relationships and deliver a high standard of service.
- Implement best practice processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute to business development and cross-selling of firm services.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CPA) with at least 3 years’ post-qualification experience.
- Strong technical and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail.
- Proactive, client-oriented, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
