About the Role

We are recruiting an experienced and driven Hotel Sales Manager to join a well-established hotel and play a key role in driving commercial performance. This position is ideal for a proactive hospitality sales professional who thrives on relationship building, new business development, and achieving revenue targets across corporate, conferences, and events.

Reporting to senior leadership, the Sales Manager will be responsible for maximising revenue opportunities, strengthening existing accounts, and identifying new market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively develop new corporate, conference, and group business for the hotel
  • Manage and grow an agreed portfolio of key accounts to increase revenue
  • Represent the hotel at client meetings, networking events, and industry functions
  • Conduct regular sales calls, site inspections, telesales, and familiarisation trips
  • Prepare professional proposals, contracts, and presentations for clients
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and account performance
  • Work closely with marketing and operational teams to ensure seamless client experience
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting using CRM and sales systems
About You
  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a hotel sales or hospitality business development role
  • Strong knowledge of corporate, conference, and events sales
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Commercially minded with a results-driven approach
  • Highly organised with strong time management skills
  • Confident relationship-builder with a proactive sales mindset
  • Full clean driving licence (preferred)
