Location - Navan, Co: Meath

As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a key leadership role in delivering multiple strategic projects across the site.

Reporting to the Sustainability Manager, you will manage complex project portfolios from planning through to completion, ensuring safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery.

The role requires strong collaboration with internal workstream owners, external consultants, and a variety of stakeholders.

• Lead the delivery of multiple projects, overseeing planning, execution, and close-out.
• Manage contracts and project teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders and workstream owners.
• Drive compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the organisation’s strategic objectives.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar project management role.
• Third-level qualification in Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is desirable.
• Advanced skills in MS Project and MS Office Suite.
• Previous people management experience is an advantage.

• Proven ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively across an organisation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of heavy industry, or similar industrial environments.
