Construction Supervisor (Nightshift) - Biopharma - West Dublin
We have a requirement for a Construction Supervisor to support the Managed Services team at at one of our key biopharma client facilities in West Dublin, for an initial 6 month period, with potential extension to 12 months.
The role will involve overseeing lower ground floor construction works, including reception and security areas, within a live environment. It will initially operate on a nightshift basis (Monday to Friday) to support main contractor activities on the reception project, typically starting between 15:30–16:00 and finishing between 00:00–03:00, depending on site requirements.
Some flexibility will be required, including the ability to work extended hours or occasional weekends in line with key project milestones.
This is a senior, client facing role, requiring a confident individual capable of coordinating site activities, managing contractors, and inspiring confidence throughout all phases of construction delivery.

Our site-based Managed Service teams take projects ranging in capital value from €100k to €15M from concept through all stages of the project life-cycle to handover. We safely deliver diverse portfolios of projects including buildings, cleanrooms, utilities, process installations, regulatory upgrades and equipment replacements.
- - Overall Responsibility for the management of the Construction Project.
- Ensure that the Construction Service complies fully with PM Group systems and procedures.
- Overall management of project Construction Services personnel including the recruitment liaison, onboarding and on-site coordination.
- Flexibility to step in and lead construction projects on site as required.
- Provide leadership in the areas of Construction Health & Safety, Construction QAQC, Constructability, Contracts/Commercial and Project Controls.
- Work closely with PM Group Construction Services to enhance and develop the overall service delivery.
- - Degree level qualification in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
- Additional Professional Qualifications in Engineering or Construction/Project Management desirable.
- At least 7 years' experience in the management of large-scale construction projects and multi-disciplinary construction teams.
- Familiarity with managing projects in pharmaceutical plants.
- Familiarity with projects with significant Mechanical and Electrical scopes.
- Demonstrable experience in promoting and ensuring exemplary standards of health and safety on large-scale construction projects.
- Proven ability to understand and contribute to the development of project implementation and associated commercial strategies for large-scale projects.
- Excellent inter-personal and communication skills.
