Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified Ford Motor Technician to join our Mahonpoint team. You will work in a dynamic environment, delivering top-quality service and repairs while helping our customers get back on the road safely.
Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To: As a Ford Motor Technician, your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Diagnose and repair vehicles using the latest technology.
Perform servicing and repairs to manufacturer standards.Maintain efficiency and productivity in the workshop.
Complete accurate service documentation, including warranty compliance.
Work closely with colleagues and the Parts department to ensure smooth operations.
Conduct vehicle health checks and communicate additional service needs.
Maintain a safe, organised, and professional workshop.
Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications:
Qualified Motor Vehicle Technician with experience in modern vehicle electronics.Desire to learn and develop professionally.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
Full clean driver’s license.
Fluent English.
Professional, motivated, and a team player.
Ford franchise experience is advantageous but not essential.
