CPL Healthcare is recruiting on behalf of Tusla for compassionate and dedicated Social Care Workers to join a permanent residential service in Limerick. This is an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality care and support to children and young people in a structured and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe, supportive, and structured environment for children in care.
- Support the social, emotional, and developmental needs of children.
- Implement care plans in collaboration with the team and relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with Tusla policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Promote the rights, wellbeing, and development of children at all times.
Requirements:
- Full Manual Driving Licence (essential).
- Eligible to register with CORU.
- Previous experience in social care or a children’s residential setting is desirable but not essential.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
