Beechlands Dairy Limited is seeking a reliable Dairy Farm Assistant to support day-to-day dairy farm operations. The successful candidate will assist with milking routines, animal care and welfare, feeding, cleaning and hygiene, and general farm duties.
Training will be provided for farm-specific systems and procedures.
Key Duties:- Assist with milking and dairy routines
- Feeding, bedding, and daily care of livestock
- Cleaning of milking parlour and work areas, maintaining hygiene standards
- Monitoring animal health and reporting concerns
- General farm maintenance and yard duties as required
- Follow health & safety procedures and farm policies
- Ability to carry out physical farm work in outdoor conditions
- Good timekeeping and reliability
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
- Previous farm experience is an advantage but not essential
