Customer Service Asst Analyst (up to 12 months)

Overview:

Are you passionate about working with customers and making supply chains run smoothly? As a Customer Service Representative in our Cork Supply Chain Hub, you’ll be the key point of contact for a portfolio of global customers — managing their forecasts, orders, and product lifecycle activities from start to finish.

This role sits at the heart of PepsiCo’s international supply chain, giving you exposure to planning, logistics, finance, freight, and export processes. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring that products are delivered on time, in full, and in compliance with export regulations, while building strong partnerships with customers and internal teams.

It’s a fast-paced, rewarding role where no two days are the same — one day you could be supporting a new product launch, the next resolving a shipping challenge, and the next working with planners and procurement on forecast accuracy.

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll own the end-to-end order management process for your customers, ensuring a seamless supply experience.

Forecasting & Planning
  • Process and validate customer forecasts to drive accurate signals in SAP.
  • Align forecast and orders to optimise planning, purchasing, and production.
  • Monitor volumes, highlight demand changes, and support the S&OP process.
Order & Delivery Management
  • Manage customer orders from receipt to arrival — review, enter, acknowledge, and track through to delivery.
  • Liaise with internal teams, 3PLs, and freight providers to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Prepare shipping documents, working with Chambers of Commerce, Embassies, Banks, and regulatory authorities.
  • Communicate proactively with customers on order status, changes, and complaints.
Product Lifecycle Support
  • Support launches of new products and manage portfolio updates.
  • Work with markets post-launch to assess performance and risks.
  • Manage product discontinuations in partnership with CRM teams.
Process Improvement & Compliance
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, streamline, or reduce costs.
  • Contribute to new process design and implementation.
  • Ensure compliance with GCS, SOX, AIBI, and PepsiCo Health & Safety standards

Qualifications:

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • Third-level qualification in Supply Chain, Business, or related discipline (desirable).
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced supply chain environment with strong customer interaction.
  • Experience with SAP is critical.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Analytical and solutions-focused, with the ability to problem solve under pressure.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with diverse teams and cultures.

  • Experience with export documentation and regulatory processes.
  • Curiosity to continuously learn and improve processes.
