Clerical Officer – Grade III - Accounts

FRS Recruitment is currently recruiting a Clerical Officer (Grade III) for a part-time temporary position based in Mullingar, Co. Westmeath. This role is ideal for candidates with strong administrative accounts skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing patient accounts with accuracy and discretion
• Liaising with internal departments and external vendors
• Processing payments and maintaining financial records
• Performing data entry and collating information
• Preparing and distributing reports and summaries
• Monitoring payment activity and ensuring timely updates
• Reconciling patient accounts at month-end
• 16.87 euro per hour

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous clerical/administrative experience (public sector experience desirable)
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel)
• Familiarity with finance systems is an advantage
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
