Chef de Partie - Co. Kerry - Tralee

We are seeking a dedicated and talented Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at a luxury hotel in Co. Kerry. This is a great opportunity for a passionate chef to work in a professional environment known for high culinary standards and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standard within your assigned section
• Work closely with the Sous and Head Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Monitor stock and minimise waste while maintaining quality
• Ensure hygiene and food safety standards are upheld in compliance with HACCP
• Mentor junior kitchen staff and contribute to a positive team environment

Requirements:

• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a 4*/5* hotel or fine dining kitchen
• Formal culinary qualification preferred
• Strong attention to detail and plating standards
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work varying shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
