Electrical Maintenance Technician New - Cork

Electrical Maintenance Tech wanted - Cork Based- Full time perm position

• Machine Fault finding, repair and problem solving
• Performs repairs on buildings and equipment
• Performs preventive maintenance procedures
• Troubleshooting on electrical tasks as required
• PLC programming and troubleshooting
• Assist in the commissioning of projects as required
• Maintains records of scheduled maintenance and recording the data
• Assist the team with identifying areas for continuous improvement
• Skill in reading and following blueprints and assembly instructions.
• Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions.
• Responds to emergency maintenance requests as required.

• 3-5 years’ experience as a qualified electrician.
• Experience of working in a Production / Manufacturing environment.
• Thorough understanding of responsibilities as per Safety, Health and Welfare regulations.
• Ability to demonstrate analytical thinking and problem solving.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated
• Flexibility
